FSC Chapel is the all-encompassing name of the Chaplain’s Office at Florida Southern College and the student-led campus ministries on Florida Southern’s Campus. Together, we provide FSC with two weekly worship services, bible studies and small groups, fellowship events, justice focused mission, and spiritual growth opportunities.

Tim Wright || twright@flsouthern.edu

Serving FSC for the last eighteen years, Rev. Tim Wright is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and has a passion for ministry and heart for the college campus. As a graduate of Florida Southern College and Duke University's Divinity School, Tim is pleased to be back serving in this role.  You'll see him on the intramural courts, teaching in the Department of Religion, or preaching on Sunday morning.

Bryant Manning || jmanning@flsouthern.edu

Associate Chaplain

After graduating from Florida Southern College in 2009 with a degree in Voice Performance, Bryant went on to pursue a Master of Divinity degree from Duke University.  Bryant’s ministerial calling in life is in music and worship arts as well as collegiate discipleship ministries.  Bryant's wife, Allison, is the Director of Student Involvement at FSC and they live just minutes from FSC’s campus. Bryant leads the Sunday morning worship band and preaches every Tuesday night at Wesley Fellowship. You can find him anywhere on our beautiful campus projecting animations on buildings, having lunch at the Buckstop and Happy Place with students or enjoying time with his daughter Collins.

Rick Gebauer || rgebauer@flsouthern.edu

Director of Church Relations

Rick is new to the team, but has served in the local church for most of the last 20 years. During that time, Rick has worked with children, teens, college students, adults and loves connecting people to and through relationships. A native of Texas, Rick spends his free time reading, playing guitar, mountain biking, searching for decent Mexican food, studying history, and being a doting father to his son Carter.

Alexa Cole || acole@flsouthern.edu

PROGRAM Coordinator

Alexa comes to our department after graduating from Florida Southern in 2015, spending her summers serving at Warren W. Willis Summer Camp, and living the last 4 years in Charlotte, North Carolina. With these experiences she recognized a calling to cultivate spaces and experiences to help foster intentional relationships with others, and with Jesus. Alexa is our programming and events coordinator, vegan food aficionado, enneagram coach, Ben Rector enthusiast, and general merriment maker. When she’s not here you can find her googling DIY beauty products, playing with her cat, running, and hunting down the perfect cup lavender latte (with oat milk, of course).
